The Meridian offers a variety of interesting floor plans, including one-, two- and three-bedroom designs. Every unit includes a spacious balcony with inspiring views of Lake Erie.
Most of the floors in the high-rise complex feature four different home designs, all with plenty of living space and ample storage (plus, every suite has a dedicated storage locker in the basement). Typical suites range from 900 to 1,500 square feet, with penthouse suites easily exceeding 2,000 square feet.
Some units have been altered by current or previous owners, including the removal of some interior non-load bearing walls.
